Safe Driving Nordic AB (org. nr 556596-1876) is the data controller for personal data processed via this website and our B2B services.

• Account & company data: name, email, phone, role, company name, organization number, billing/delivery address.
• Order & quote data: products, prices, agreed discounts, order history, communication.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited (only with cookie consent).
• Support & chat: messages exchanged with our team via the customer portal or live chat.

• Provide accounts, quotes and orders — performance of contract (GDPR Art. 6.1.b).
• Invoicing and accounting — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c, Swedish Bookkeeping Act, 7 years).
• Customer support and improving services — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
• Marketing emails / newsletter — consent (Art. 6.1.a), withdrawable at any time.
• Analytics & advertising cookies — consent via Cookiebot (Art. 6.1.a).

We share data only with vetted sub-processors under DPAs:

• Supabase (database & authentication, EU region)
• Resend (transactional email, EU region)
• Mailchimp (newsletter, US — SCC + EU-US DPF)
• Google (Ads, Tag Manager — only with consent)
• Cookiebot (consent management, EU)
• Shipping carriers (DHL, PostNord, etc.) for order delivery
• Accounting and tax authorities when required by law

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g. Mailchimp, Google) we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

• Account data: as long as the account is active + 12 months.
• Orders & invoices: 7 years (Swedish Bookkeeping Act).
• Quote requests: 24 months from last activity.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Support chat: 24 months.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten") where applicable
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time
